The location is near to town, walking distance. Have a very nice view of the lake from the balcony and the beds are very comfortable. Cooking facilities are good, washing machine and dryer are in working condition.

Don't quite like the sofa in the living room, don't find them comfortable. Not able to sit for long as it gets very uncomfortable when sit long. Hope they change them.

The size of the apartment was great, in a great location, beautiful view of the lake and with all the basics you need - fresh towels daily, pots, pan, kettle, toaster, full size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc. All you need is food and clothes and you’re good to go!

The dryer wasn’t working but the lovely staff would collect our washed clothes daily and drop them off dried and folded. It wasn’t a problem just an inconvenience to the staff but they didn’t complain.

Cleanliness, location to centre, view

It’s not new but we greatly preferred it over the new build we stayed in when we arrived in Queenstown. Being able to walk to the main shops and around at night really made our final Queenstown stay fantastic!

Location is stunning. Close to town, restaurants, bars and shopping.

A little old and dated inside, particularly the kitchen. Road noise from downstairs bedroom was very noticeable. Quite pricey, but most of Queenstown is on the expensive side.

The property in itself was nice. Location was really good.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the centre of town. The views from the balcony were exceptional and the kitchen was well equipped.

For a family of four, the sofa was a bit small and also quite hard and uncomfortable. Two additional comfy chairs would have been perfect.

Living room in apartment 14 needs to be updated. Sofa not comfortable.

fantastic views, close to town, not noisy and rooms are warm. very spacious. was lovely stay.

Apt 10 needed a good vacuum particularly under the beds. Apt 15 washing machine broke and destroyed shoes. No condiments in the room (e.g. salt pepper). The reception staff was not exactly helpful but the maintenance man who helped us was great. the car park is too tight for a large car/van especially if parking on first level. FYI there are no lifts for apts 1-10. instructions are needed for the oven (had to google that you needed to set clock before it would work). there are no welcome to the apartment guest info books. little details lacking.

Parking difficult. Reception hard to locate, took 15 minutes. Clothes dryer broken.. Outdated appliances. Furniture very dated.

The apartment is generous in space, great amenities (especially heating), ideal location, and beautiful lake views. Acknowledgment to owner being on hand to greet us due to our late evening arrival. Daily supply of fresh towels etc. and we made good use of the laundry facilities.

Would be good to have some hot chocolate amongst the tea and coffee. Had to hunt for appliance instructions and found them in a cabinet draw so a welcome folder would be great to have visible on entry with pen and paper.

We love the location and have stayed here before but in a different unit. Great to have a kitchen to cook in and washing machine. Easy access to town from here within walking distance

The unit we stayed in needs to upgrade their lounge, and Fridge and make sure their are enough chairs for the dinning table for 4 people.

it’s old , stinky and really unkept.

some of the cutlery and crockery were put away dirty when we arrived and we had to wash them before use.

extremely dated, covering on the arms of some of the chairs was missing, couches and beds were well used and springs in a bad state, the heating in the lounge did not work, the instructions for check in did not mention that the motel next door is the place to go and get checked in.
