The staff was very friendly and helpful considering we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. They cleaned up our room and the bed was nice and comfy. We had a good rest and loved the location, close to Westfield.
The parking location was a bit tricky, lucky we don't have a big truck, the parking was limited, and I'm not sure if the motel is fully booked whether they have enough parking spots.

Clean and safe place im Center of Auckland. Excellent location and value for money stay.
T towels and some tissue boxes in the room would be good.

The location was good
It was not worth the 8.4 rating I would have given them a 7.4 as the kettle was to high to be used safely the tv was in the wrong place we kept hitting it and the power points was behind the bed and you couldn't use them and the only one you could use was across the room behind the rubbish room basically the room was laid out wrong. And the aircon would only blow cold air .
