The breakfast buffet has many choices and all tasty. The dining hall is big, and if the hotel was near capacity it would likely be noisy and crowded.

For such a special location in the gorge, there are unfortunately no windows at all in the breakfast budget hall.

I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering staying in the area. The staff were exceptional and the service was outstanding. We utilized the free shuttle bus from Asahikawa to the hotel and the shuttle to the Ice Fall Festival which made traveling extremely convenient. We had the in-room dining for dinner and the buffet for breakfast. The selection was varied and delicious. The onsen facilities in the hotel were very well kept and were all different from one another. This hotel went far and above our expectations. Highly recommend.

Amazing onsen on a unique spot

We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with comfortable tatami beds. The outdoors Onsen on Level 3 in the annex is very good. And would definitely recommend the food in the buffet - was the best hotel food we had on our Hokkaido trip.

The shops in the hotel weren't open when the signs said they would be which was a bit irritating.
