Ole Tai Sam Un Hotel

Das Personal war super nett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber

Das Badezimmer war groß, aber es fehlten Haken für Kleider und Handtücher

The hotel is tucked away from the main road in a lovely side street that’s filled with local shops and restaurants. The hotels location was with walking distance to all the local attractions including Senardo Square (5min), St Paul’s cathedral (10/15min), Grand Lisboa Casino (15min). The Hotel was spotless and had a lovely incense smell in the lobby. The rooms had a modern decor and provided all the necessary equipment that we needed. The AC was powerful and had a sleep mode which we found useful. Despite a slight language barrier the hotel staff were fantastic and did their best to make us feel welcome and always had a smile on their faces.

The walls are paper thin in this hotel, we could hear every conversation from other guests in the hallway which made it difficult to sleep especially when other guests were arriving into their rooms late at night. The room was much smaller than we expected, this didn’t particularly affect us as we spent most of the time outside the room.

The location was great, very central and close to the main square and other points of interest. The staff are very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent wifi. Nice lobby area with complimentary refreshments.

Excellent staff. Great location

Rooms tiny, bland, boring, depressing. I think it’s a much idea to spend a little more and get a much better experience staying at a property on Coloane.
