There's a restaurant on site so maybe a welcome drink would be a nice touch. The bed was two single beds joined together so not overly comfortable

didnt realise how loud it can get in the evenings as there are restaurants downstairs, so trying to get a little one to sleep wasnt quite as simple, but in hindsight I should have picked further away from the centre for qietness so this is not fault of the property, just perhaps a tip for people with little kids. loved the room and the staff

Lovely place right at the lake. I had a cosy room with a really nice bathroom. The breakfast was also nice and the people as well.

Really nice location - we chose the room with the lake view and that’s what we got! We were happy with shower facilities and airco. Breakfast was nice although it could use more healthy options, e.g. a bit more seasonal fruit + veggie. Great coffee incl. decaf! The hotel has own restaurant - so we also had an excellent dinner with the lake view on the terrace, using hotel guest dinner deal. All in all - great value for money!

We had fantastic time at Casa Lady. The location is perfect, the staff is really kind and helpful. Our room was very tidy and was cleaned each day. You can park nearby at a parking lot which is also accessible in a couple of minutes of walking. For breakfast you have more options (scrambled eggs and crispy bacon was amazing) and they also make coffee for you if you want. The restaurant part I would also recommend to try,we ate there each day during our stay and all the foods were plentiful and very delicious. We also took our dog with us and there was no problem with it. All in all we really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, you feel like being home and that's even more a plus for Casa Lady.

Staff is very friendly :) The location is great. The breakfast is very good. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is excellent.

The children bed was uncomfortable and makes noises when they move while sleeping. The shower water goes cold and hot makes it very uncomfortable to take a shower. The AC must be controlled from the staff! This was strange for me! One cannot change it in the room.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and the location was perfect.

The bunk beds were small for my teenage kids. Car parking was expensive.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, superb location, rooms lovely and comfortable and very clean, all the staff are excellent and very helpful, food was also first rate ( make sure you check out the "warm Apple cake desert " scrummy ! 😊 wonderful base to stay if you want to visit and explore Lake garda , will definitely be returning for another stay.

Beware step by main entrance to hotel can easily be missed !

Beautiful small hotel in the center of Garda, with a bar and restaurant included, great food and lovely people!

This hotel is simply amazing!! The staff is so great and welcoming, they really make you feel at home. The rooms are very big and spacious. Breakfast is very good too, they even have their own restaurant and the food is to die for!! This Hotel is found as soon as you enter the Lake Square, thus impeccable views!! Will be visiting Casa Lady for sure in the future.

The only thing I did not like is the fact that it doesn't have an elevator, but the staff helped us up to carry the luggages.
