Clean and well maintained.

Everything room was awesome, room and toilet and kitchen very clean, bedsheet smells good newly laundered and toilet was fantastic over all highly recommended to travellers. Will be coming back

The king room we had was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a dish drawer dishwasher. The room was beautifully clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very good with good water pressure.

You could hear some noise from the room next door, particularly when the fan was turned on in the bathroom and they were taking a shower. But this only happened for a short time.

Good spot just down the road from the beach and Bens bakery plus the staff were awesome the lawn guys a crack up

I come from the country and sleep in pitch black silence so the lights and the traffic sucked but its not really something to dislike it just comes with the territory

Great location near shops & beach. Great location for access to Kapiti Island.

There were enough beds and cosy blankets. Very well stocked with plenty of useful cooking implements and lots of space in the kitchen with a large pantry in the unit we had. There was both a bath and shower that was great for the kids. And a separate laundry area off kitchen that we could leave our wet jackets and kids shoes. Even though the place was a little dated, it is very well kept and tidy. The hosts were very nice to deal with. Loads of comfortable lounge space with heat pump and art work on walls. There is a trampoline that our little preschoolers loved. Location was great! We would stay again.

One of the beds electric blankets didn't work on the double bed, and the bathroom fan was quite loud. As we had a small baby we should have asked to turn on the heat pump upon arrival as it was cold. The heating in the rooms are electric blankets. The parking carport was very narrow for our big car and we couldn't get kids out of car seats easily as there was not much room to open doors. Most of the other places had open carparks, just ours had a carport.

Great place to stay, walking distance to amenities, Highly recommend.

over charge when booked we told about parking with trailer plus had a small dog given the price $153.00 then reception on booking in at reception told because of dog it was $180.absolutely not going back
