I had a pleasant stay overall, and I especially appreciated the service from Catalina, who provided a very friendly and professional check-in experience. During my stay, I encountered two separate issues: a leaking showerhead and dirty towels. However, both issues were handled quickly thanks to Dayeon, who responded promptly and professionally each time. I really appreciated her assistance. I also liked the hotel’s follow-up process, as the duty managers checked afterward to make sure the issues had been properly resolved. It was reassuring to see that the staff genuinely cared about the guest experience.

That said, it was somewhat disappointing that these basic issues were not identified during the pre-check-in room inspection. While the response after reporting the problems was excellent, having a more thorough inspection before the guest arrives would help prevent these inconveniences in the first place.

Location. Special parking discount.

Shower head wasn’t adjustable and didn’t stay up, continually slid down. Not good standards really for a Hilton next to the national stadium. Also no hand soap.
