Hotel Monesterio

The double room was spacious & clean, unfortunately no kettle or safe in the room. The food in the restaurant was lovely & very reasonably priced.

Check in staff very nice & one particular young man at the bar/ restaurant was very helpful & spoke a good amount of English. This hotel caters mainly for local people which is no problem at all to me however one particular member of staff, a woman was extremely rude to everyone in our party because we didn’t speak Spanish. Very aggressive & then started speaking to her colleagues about us knowing we couldn’t understand. I’ve never experienced this before & we were using a translator app to help the situation. You definitely need a car in this area, we were attending an event so transportation was booked. The area is very out of the way

It was a Saturday and there was a kid's party going on till quite late with a bouncy castle below my room. Plus a lot of people sitting outside eating and drinking which was noisy too. But decent double glazing should block out any noise.
