Beautiful well appointment apartment, which was exceptionally clean and well presented.

It was a last minute booking so we were not aware of the full facilities available until we accessed the room i.e. washing machine and tumble dryer. The receptionist was very friendly and their post booking communication prompt.

There did not appear to be allocated parking so it really is first come first serve and not everyone can park in front of their room. We parked in a different part of the motel and some guests may have to park on the street. At first I thought they had forgotten to put bin bags in the room and mentioned this on check out. I was told because of the Qual mark rating they do not use single use rubbish bags. While we appreciate this they would still need to clean the bin out using cleaning products and water. We used what we had on hand to store our used tea bags and food waste. If I stay here again I will bring my own bin bag. The shower pressure was great but the halo shower head meant the spray could not be contained within the shower screen and the floor got wet despite there being a bath mat: probably why they have heated floors! I was initially concerned about road noise and single glazing but had an excellent night's sleep.
