we really appreciated the pool and the kindness of the staff. For any wish / problem, Mr.Suliman from the reception was at our disposal. So did Rafat, who was guided us to the most culinary point in Petra: Sajiat Aljanoob Restaurant

we asked to have breakfast ready for take away at 6 a.m. so we can advance early to Petra, but they were not ready

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at Seven Wonders Hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The balcony was also beautiful offering a city view and the sunset. The rooftop pool was freezing cold but also beautiful with lots of sun beds and a bar.

Noise: We didn't sleep properly the whole time we were there. The room was exceptionally noisy - not from the hotel, but from outside noise. Even with the balcony door wedged closed (it was broken), background outdoor noise was very disturbing. The Adhan (call to prayer, projected from speakers on the local mosque) was painfully loud as the mosque is very close. It's of course a beautiful sound during the daytime hours, but when it sounded every morning at 3.45am and 5.30am we lost a lot of sleep and felt quite distressed. Food: The dinner was very basic offering one hot option which was both vegetables and meat - rough for the vegetarians (but delicious anyway!) And breakfast was also fairly basic.

Breakfast was exceptional. professionally prepared. Vry clean room with many options to choose from. The room was big, clean and had a nice city view. No comment on pool as we did not use it.

The balcony was not cleaned. There were cigaretet buds from previous guests.

Breakfast was quite good, a lot of variety, room was spacious and clean but only one plug worked out of 5. Pool was really nice too, clean and with friendly staff.

Plugs in the room needs fixing, only one of the worked that was attached to the fridge. There is no parking, only street parking so there were times when there was not a single spot to leave the car for the night.

The location is excellent. All restaurants are within minutes of walking. The staff were excellent and helpful especially Omar who took the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The roof is perfect place to relax and have a drink..

The breakfast buffet selection were limited. Only one elevator in the hotel. There are no chairs in the balcony.

Especially one staff member was so interested and helpful with questions and solutions for our stay. We had our own little fridge, there was 2 bottles of free water and coffee/tea and kettle at the room. It was a really nice balcony with a pool and a wonderful sunset and view. Very close to a lot of restaurants and little supermarkets. Only 5min drive to the Petra entrance by car.

It could be challenging with carpark outside the hotel along the street, but luckily we managed both days nearby the hotel.

location, pool, breakfast from 6 to 10 am - good if you want to get to Petra early in the morning

wifi constantly crashes, have to log in again and again, we paid by card a month in advance, on departure it was necessary to pay 3 JD (we do not know what for), while it was written that everything was paid

Rooftop was great, staff was very friendly and attentive.

Our room was upgraded and it was super comfortable. There was an extra blanket, cattle, plenty of space, quiet air-conditioning and very comfortable bed.

The breakfast could have more variety. The bathroom could also have some sort of heating and the shower could have more stable temperature (heat was coming in waves).

staff was polite.. room was spacious for 3 persons.. beds are comfortable..

TV was not working.. water heater not working adequately.. multiple times when there is blackouts in the evening.

The location was oke the beds were great

Breakfast was really poor and didn't look fresh. We all got stomach pain after. Wouldn't stay for a second time. The rooms were cold.

The staff is very helpful, kind and warm. Everybody made us feel welcome and helped if we had a question. The hotel is very clean. Both breakfast and dinner was amazing. We had dinner in the hotel every night because it was so good and the rooftop terrace was nice and quiet. The hotel is only a short drive to the entrance of Petra where you can safely park for free. We would also strongly recommend this hotel if you have children.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness of the hotel is very good.

Great hotel and our best stay in Jordan. The hotel is new and has all the comforts you will need. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Food is ok both at morning and at dinner. The hotel is also at only 3 minutes of driving from Petra visitors center
