I had a Family Studio as all the smaller rooms were full, the place was spotless and well equipped, as I was checking in they asked me to wait a few minutes whilst they put a whole brand new bed and mattress onto my King size bed. The pair of twin beds had already been renewed. Great shower; kitchenette had micro, kettle and fridge and crocks etc for 4. Nice dining table and chairs and bags of space for spreading your stuff about on a huge desktop shelf. The place was bigger than my friends' whole unit 2 doors down in the retirement village, so we got takeout (Smiling Thai, a few minutes away - excellent and good value) and ate at mine. The proprietors were very friendly, helpful and I really couldn't fault them, or the place. They've only been in since April '26 and are doing a great job. I will definitely try and stay here next time I'm visiting my friends in Toowoomba and will book far enough ahead to try a smaller (and cheaper) room for size. There's a great little mall opposite with everything you need and the traffic is so much quieter now the Bypass is open making it easier to cross and far less noisy and the air less polluted! I have COPD and my symptoms were not exacerbated at all.

Hmm, racking my brains here.... Oh yes, my allocated parking space wasn't in front of my room, but a couple of spaces further up. The basin for washing hands etc was fine, but a smidge tight, but perfectly fine for washing up the crockery etc. Trivialities really.

Easy check in, large clean room. Great customer service.

It is a little outdated but no biggie.

Convenient location close to the Coles shopping center, which i didn't get to see

,amenities were older and needed some maintenance. Main mattress was slumped in the middle and could not get a good night's sleep, slept on the single mattress as no body sleeps on these. Cupboards containing the cutlery had sagging corner hinges which wouldn't close, but there was a mould smell from under the cupboards.
