This hotel, its staff and facilities are excellent and the breakfast was very good too. The rooms are large, very clean, very quiet and nicely appointed. The gym looked very well equipped and the pool is good but be aware that you need a swimming cap to use it.

There is a dedicated hotel shuttle bus which is great but only runs every 1/2 hr. Since the hotel is only 5mins drive from the airport terminal it would have been nice if this bus was a little more frequent.

Handy (free) shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back - only took 15 mins. Staff friendly and helpful. Room huge and very clean. Bed and pillows were sublime!

Idéal set up before a long flight. Relaxing room with high quality standards. Very nice breakfast that starts early. Shuttles available every 20 mins. Can also be easily reached by cab for a decent price.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very good for overnight stay.

All was good nothing negative to say.

Das Grand Hyatt Hotel in Incheon ist ein sehr großes Hotel. Die Zimmer im Westflügel sind sehr groß und haben eine schöne Fensterfront. Die Aussicht ist schön. Lage direkt am Flughafen (5 Minuten mit dem Hoteldienern Shuttle) ist super.

Der Wellnessbereich hat unserer Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Wirkt sehr kühl, nicht gemütlich. Es besteht Badekappenpflicht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das Hotel zu weit von der Stadt entfernt. Das war uns aber im Vorfeld klar.

Les lits et l’emplacement géographique

Je suis arrivé aux alentours de 16h en compagnie de ma mère. Nous nous sommes dirigés vers le premier bâtiment de l'hôtel, mais la dame de l'accueil nous a informé que notre chambre se trouvait dans l'autre bâtiment à côté. Malheureusement, cette dame n'a pas été très agréable. J'avais l'impression de la déranger lorsque je lui ai dit que je ne souhaitais pas prendre la formule petit-déjeuner. Son attitude était hautaine. Pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles, j'ai été profondément choqué. L'hôtel est très spacieux, mais la décoration est minimaliste, le personnel laisse à désirer, la piscine ressemble à celle d'une piscine municipale (avec l'obligation de porter un bonnet de bain), et la salle de sport n'est pas exceptionnelle. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a obtenu ses 5 étoiles, mais à mon avis, je lui accorderais seulement 3 étoiles, pas plus.

The room was very comfortable with a huge space inside and the room had a big window that had a beautiful view. The bathroom was nice which also was very big.

The pool had a very small lane for swimming and it was unpleasant to swim in such a narrow lane. On the other hand, there was a very big lane just for walking in the pool which made me think that the pool has lost its purpose.

Great place to stay for a extended transit stopover have stayed here many times before and as always the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Ya , I like this hotel because this hotel is very clean and has a very good design

The hot water was not fine enough , because sometime it was stop working while we were taking a bath
