I like it

A bit cold in the hotel.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt. The location was very convenient – just 5 minutes from the airport. 📌 What really stood out was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. We had quite a lot of luggage, and Nico Jang kindly offered to drive us to the airport in a van. His professionalism and thoughtfulness went above and beyond. Since we were travelling with young children, his help made everything so much easier and stress-free 👍🏼👍🏼 Choosing the Hyatt was truly one of the best decisions we made. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Just a couple of small things: I found it a little inconvenient to have to wear a swimming cap and I couldn't find a kid's pool. I wish there had been some sun loungers or a small poolside bar on the outdoor terrace.

It was located at a perfect location close to airport and had free shuttle service

Location very convenient for the airport, the facilities are really good.

The offer of the buffet dinner at £50 a head is a stark contrast to the really good authentic Korean restaurants around the corner that would feed a family of four for less than that and with better quality food! I booked in January, so it was a bit of a surprise to turn up in August to be told they didn’t have a record of my booking. Apparently the hotel had split between east and west branches and not told Booking.com or me, so it was a nervy few minutes while I had to prove that I had indeed booked and paid some months prior. Eventually a room was sorted, but a bit of a mess considering it’s supposed to be 5*
