Everything; such a cosy stay in winters. Cleanliness was excellent. Hot water 24/7. Room service was very good!
Service of Terrace Cafe is pathetic as always.

Location and staff
We booked a room with a mountain view and terrace for which we paid 66,000 PKR. However, upon arrival, we discovered there was no terrace, and the view was of a construction site. The noise from the generator at the site was extremely disruptive, making it difficult for us to sleep properly.

Ambience was good, food was good
The washroom commode were out of order, there were consistent noises coming in the lobby from the other room members and the qawali guys. The receptions guys didn't answer my fone as I've to call them thrice.

Location and restaurant crew were friendly. Security was very good.
Bed sheets were terribly dirty with blood stains on them. When it was brought up to staff attention, they simply smiled. They were changed, thank God.

Rooms were spacious, it had three balconies overlooking the mountains.
Limited food options. Only option is to eat from the hotel restaurants.

the landscape and view is amazing. Khyber Hujra restaurant was excellent, you have to try it out. special shout out to Transport coordinator Mr. Qayyum.. such a gem of a guy , he helped us out with transport and other guidance… I would give 5 stars just for Mr. Qayyum.
facility is a little old and needs maintenance

Nice Mountain View, good breakfast buffet.
The overpriced local shops they have, stay away. the TV in our room was placed so weirdly that you couldn't be in bed and watch TV which is a must.

Great outdoor area for short and long walks and since the hotel is secluded away from city and residential areas makes it noiseless.
Ugly - Early morning breakfast at Nadia where my wife and I sat our plates and went to sit in the Terrace cafe whose doors were already open and we saw two other couples and one family seated before us. 10-15 mins into our enjoyable breakfast, a suited person hurriedly rushed to tell us that this is a private area and reserved. Initially we didn't understand what was interruption all about and exactly he was saying? Anyway since neither me and my wife were unresponsiveness and continued with our chit chat and breakfast he rudely said something which I vagely remember that this area would be opened after the occupancy inside the hall fills up and we should go back inside. I responded in his rude tone that there are people already seated here so why are you asking us to get back and he just said sir please start a fight and if I have a complaint then speak with his mamager. It was not only insulting but embarassing and we just left but I wanted to grab his collar and slap him
Kyber Hujra - We already made a booking since we got a feeling that its a nice outdoor restaurant. Upon letting the person sitting in the box he directed us to sit up the hill. Although it was already requested while making booking that we would need a heater or a firepalce but to our cold souls none were provided after several reminders and I even had to tip Rs 5k to the waiter to get me a heater or burning coals but to no avail. We could see that heaters were in short supply and provided to VIP people.
Housekeeping - I believe the establishment has limited clean cups since we were told that only once a day clean cups will be replaced which was very funny

The location is breath taking, the cleanliness was up to the mark, professional and helpful staff, facilities to keep you busy, the breakfast was delicious, spacious rooms.
Swimming pool not temperature controlled, it’s meant to be of free access for the customers but the mandatory buying of the swimming suits from the PC shop is unnecessary.
They placed a carpet in our room after we checked in, it stink pretty bad and we had to call the house keeping to remove it. It was just one unwanted incident we faced.

Breakfast variety
PC Bhurban is no more an ideal five star hotel anymore ! It has become a fish market now, extremely crowded. Staff is very rude and not helpful. They have over 190 rooms and only 4 restaurants to serve food which are always full. On top of that they have walk in guests as well as parties all the time.
Rooms are comfortable but non stop power turned off which is very irritating. Bathroom needs to be renovated and properly cleaned. Food is below average and not enough seating space at all. Parking is not enough and there is no valet parking at all. They have large number of security staff at the entrance who are only doing security checks instead they should provide valet services as parking is very limited.
Last but not the least there is a toll of Rs 200 per day to go to the hotel which means if you are staying in hotel for 3 days and going out of the hotel you still have to pay this toll each day !!!
Unfortunately I would not recommend PC Bhurban to anyone. The room rent is not worth it ! The travel all the way to hotel is not worth it !
