Great food, cocktails, service and decor - a step back in time.
Room needed some basic tea / coffee facilities, coffee pod machine ideally considering the higher rate room stayed in. Glasses only.

Beautiful decor, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the cafe and room service breakfast. The location in Central Ballarat is also really conveniant, We were able to easily get around on foot and public transport. The staff were increadible helpful with looking after our luggage both before and after check out and helping when my daughter was feeling unwell. Thank you for a great stay.
The only thing that I didn't love was that I found the room too warm for my comfort and I couldn't figure out how to cool it down. But I know that I run quite hot. Others would probably have found it lovely and warm.
