the bed/mattress way too soft and didn’t feel solid

The main building is great - nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar.

The Sea view rooms have a fabulous view and that's about it. They are NOT in the main building and you either walk five minutes (in the dark) or drive to the main building. The standard of decor is well below a five star hotel.. chipped furniture, stained carpet, dirty windows and balcony... not worth the 5 star charge. Paid movies were not supported with closed captions, so as a deaf person I was unable to use it. Don't expect to order food after 8.30pm

Beautiful resort clean and comfortable. We had a fabulous view! The hammam bathing was so enjoyable and relaxing and the restaurant was lovely!

Nothing everything was great

Good sized rooms, kids loved the pool(s) and spa(s) and playground. Short drive to see the local area.

I got charged extra to my credit card after I checkout without any explanation as to why.
