Very neat and clean. Helpful front desk staff. It is a no frills hotel, conveniently located in between East Ham and Manor Park metro stations from there one can reach to any part of London comfortably. Buses are available just outside. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants (Indian) nearby. Overall comfortable stay.
At times few local people are found sitting at nearby pavement & drinking, but there was no disturbances.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, clean, modern. Good price for London. Easy walking distance to multiple tube lines. Complimentary tea/ coffee downstairs. Quiet, considering it's just off a main road
Small thing, but no glasses in the room so I was a bit dehydrated overnight. Whilst there was a kettle, no mugs/ tea/ coffee in the room.

The room was very nice. Big TV and comfortable. Nice and clean.
Even though when I booked the reservation came with a parking space there were non available when I got there. I just got a shrug from the person on reception and told I could park outside on the street but this was full when I went out. This was disappointing as I booked the hotel because it came with a parking space. Also there was a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee or cups for any drinks, so not sure the point of the kettle!
