The room was excellent as well as the restaurant and bar. It had a great feel and atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.

bed was comfortable, breakfast was okay.

they were late by an hour to check us in and would not let us check out late. The staff were rude the whole time (the front desk staff), I had to repay with card when I got there and be refunded on booking.com which was never specified that you had to do and seem pretty dodgy. Extremely loud also. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, very expensive for what it is.

Good value for money but they should let the guests use the stairs too as the thought of being stuck in a Bali lift is not fun

everything is good for budget travel L, they should improve their faucet and shower mixtures. it’s kind of need Maintainance.

Location and nice room with terrace. The breakfast is ok-ok. Staff speak English and very helpful Less than 10 min walk to the beach.

Just a suggestion. Hopefully the breakfast menu can be improved in the future.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had at Bali. Had to leave after the first night and lose the 3 nights we already paid for. Asked for even a partial refund and got told no. Does not look like the photos at all. Walked into the room which was ‘ready’ for us and there was brown stuff on the wall which I had to clean off myself. Water leaking from the pipes in the bathroom so I got up from bed and water was all across the floor. Asked the front desk for an extra towel or something to soak it up and they didn’t give me anything. Breakfast was terrible I couldn’t even eat it. Some staff were lovely but some were actually scary when I asked for help. Tv didn’t work properly and even though it had a balcony the door didn’t shut properly so we had no security. My partner actually got locked out on the balcony from a faulty door, if I wasn’t there to let them in they would be stuck there - safety hazard. Also no natural light in the room so we felt depressed. I never leave negative reviews but felt obliged as I don’t want someone to have to leave early and lose money like we had to

dirty room, really bad quality sheets itchy as soon as we went to bed. room was filled with mosquitos when we arrived. aircon was not working and kept turning on and off while being really loud and it kept waking us up. mould in the shower and filthy towels.
