Beautiful riad, bit deeper in Medina, but more local life. Loved the room

The place is known for its exceptionally good breakfast that we hardly had chance to try due to our busy schedule. However, the staff always packed our breakfast for takeaway on our excursion days. that was lifesaving sometimes. When eating in, it was perfect but quite late for our usual breakfast time. We loved that every day there was different fruit offered. And mint tea and coffee... Fully agree with the exceptional rate... Location - perfect, 1 minute walk to a little square where you can enjoy elementary shopping, coffee, freshly baked bread and taxis... and only a 5-minute walk to Lycee Mohammed V that is a usual pick-up meeting point for day-trips. Facility - we enjoyed the spacious rooms, the walk-in shower, they offered daily cleaning. Nice chilling coach here and there... A perfect choice also for our next time in Marrakech...

Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the staff (English and also to trace them :) )

It was well located and very comfortable. Our room was quite big and had everything we needed.

The addition of a mini fridge to the room would be great. It was very hot during our visit and everything got warm quickly. They did let us keep some items in their main frigid though. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The riad itself is very beautiful, very tastefully decorated, I loved my room.

Service was poor overall. They are understaffed. At first I was received by a lady who kept me for half an hour sitting downstairs without an obvious plan. Even though it was 5 pm when I arrived. Eventually she offered me a tea and then alowed me to go to my room. Nobody helped me with my heavy bag, because nobody was there execelt here, and it was quite hard to manage with my bag up on the tight and steep stairs. For breakfast I had to wait more than 30 min each morning for a watery coffee and processed "la Vache qui rit" cheese among other things that were more decent. I would have stayed there again for room, but I won't because of the service.
