smell of roaches the toilet

bedding is clean👍. not smelly. toilet is clean 👍. Towel is clean well 👍. easy n very good location in middle of Ipoh town to xplore 👍.

wallpaper inside room break. too much break on the wall. toilet tiles break and it is very dangerous for kiddoz . toilet shower is not well in place. break. water heater is NOT WORKING. NO HOT WATER. Malay Guy reception is NOT FRIENDLY & sick and very rude. Girl staff was sleep went customer want to cq out . Parking for Hotel Customers who stay only 3 for free which is under Hotel. the rest need to download "PARK@PERAK" if not Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh will summons. pls b alert . but after 6pm to 8am will b free . 8am onwards MBI easy to summons ya . Aircondition all infront of lift not working .

the location was ok

it stunk of damp and cigarettes, there was thick black mould all over the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling off, dirt and marks all up the walls.

Breakfast not provided. Not even an option. Nothing in particular to state.

The hotel in run down. Poor coat of paint. Flooring cracking. Not impressive at all.

Location Heart of City centre easy to access food.

Facilities very bad no wifi service.

Too closed with pizz and kfc in downstairs 😊
