The location was excellent, right in the city center, with parking available. The room was an ideal size, the bed was very comfortable, and the large Smart TV was a nice added feature.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, the hotel would benefit from further renovation and better maintenance. For example, the air conditioning barely worked and the refrigerator was broken .
The breakfast was average and could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, with difficulties connecting and frequent disconnections even when a connection was established.

It was the only available hotel to Kosevo stadium walking distance (where Dino Merlin had a concert), that was the only reason to book this hotel.
Room was payed in full 4 months before arrival date, yet they constantly tried to make me pay AGAIN when I checked in. Apologized later for the inconvenience, but that took couple of hours. That was really rude. Hotel needs a full renovation.

Very good bedroom with great view over city towards east for sunrise Room was very well cleaned every day.
More clothes hangers in room. Three was not enough for two people.

The location, helpful staff, comfortable bed.
It looks like everything is original , with no servicing in the last 45 years. Noisy heathers and doors, bad and not working lighting, noise from the street, poor breakfast …

"Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Eigentlich wär unser check in erst ab 14 uhr gewesen aber die Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich und haben uns ein Zimmer vorher besorgt. Alles war perfekt!"
