Ideal location for Le Shuttle or ferries (or Cite Europe) with a decent restaurant and good parking. Clean with helpful and pleasant staff. Like a top end Premier Inn.
Nothing not to like. Heavily used by local police and border force, which is not advertised but also not any kind of problem.

Very clean and good hot shower.

The cost seems to have increased a lot , over 140 euros for one night with dog and 2 breakfasts .
Breakfast definitely not as good as in other hotels we were staying in.
Only one type of cereal. Bacon under cooked. Pastries would benefit from being warmed through.

We were staying as a family on route to the middle of France and wanted an hotel close to the tunnel as we were arriving off late trains. It served its purpose very well, practical, clean, quiet and comfortable. I had supper and it was very reasonable, both in quality and price.
No complaints at all, given the purpose for which we booked it.

Easy access, safe parking, clean lines room basic but all you need. Access booking in 24 hours. Cancellation without penalty up to 6pm on arrival day. Bar available.
For the 2nd time breakfast was poorly managed, fruit mix was fizzing again, hot food slow to be replaced. What should have been a great start to the day was not.
Evening meal only available 7.30 to 8.30! There is a large police canteen meal served at the same time which felt odd.
