The apartment was great, just the neighborhood seemed a little bit rough but it was handy to the metro and tram for going places.

Really nice and helpful staff, good location, pretty spacious rooms, great deal for the money. Good breakfast as well (with the option of gluten free bread).

Good location (close to subway and Tranvia stations, friendly staff, easy to find. Easy to use the laundry machine and reasonable prices.

The building internally looks quite old and poorly maintained, the corridors smelled quite strong (not sure what) and sometimes it even smelled cigarrete smoke. My room was not bad but also had some maintenance lacking. The photos give the idea the place is brand new. But it's not the case. It is not really bad or dirt, so it wasn't really a big of an issue for me. Plus: the neighbourhood only has halal markets, so no alcohol around to buy (for those who, like me, like drinking). So you gotta walk at least 10-15 min to find a market that sells any.

The room was comfortable. I liked the posters on the walls.

Everything in the hotel is quite old, used or dented. The shower head was leaking, there was some candy bar wrapping left from the previous guests in the cupboards. The worst was the breakfast, one of the worst hotel breakfast I ever had - just bread, butter, and cheese. No vegetables or fruits.

It was cool in the room , the place needs to be decorated and could be cleaner . The cleaner never emptied my bin in 6 days there

The cleaning was not great, floors and general upkeep of the apartment was shoddy. The geyser dripped and made a running water sound constantly. The lift was falling apart. Did not like the fact you smell marijuana almost constantly when you open the windows

It was clean. Good location.

Staff not friendly. They turned off AC and gave table fans. Told that they turned off AC motors to prepare for winter!!! No cross ventilation. They clean the room only once a week. If you want any cleaning or change of towels, we need to pay a huge amount. Very small rooms. Despite asking multiple times to give a knife to cut vegetables, they didn't seem to understand and gave butter knife. That's horrible.

The bed was so comfortable and there was a tram and metro station 5 min away from the apartment. The staff was lovely.

There were some small blood stains on the walls and the floor (maybe from mosquitos because there were a lot!). The bedside tables were two stools (maybe due to the bed being new and the old bedside tables not fitting in that space). It would’ve been good if instead of a winter duvet we would’ve had some thinner bedsheets because it was quite warm in the room. The apartment looked quite old in comparison with the pictures on Booking.

Staff was kind and accommodating

It’s the dirtiest place I’ve even seen and it’s smells terrible! The neighborhood is also dangerous. DO NOT STAY THERE!

The room was quite, tidy and exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly.

We got tricked by pictures on the booking because they didn’t match with reality. Room wasn’t that nice as they presented by pictures on Booking.com. Lady at the reception told us that breakfast is until 10:00. Next morning we arrived shortly after 09:00 and there was absolutely nothing to eat 🤣 We went back to reception and remind them that breakfast is until 10am. After 25 minutes nothing changed. There was only one guy in the kitchen working hard and he had no chance to manage it on his own. After 25 minutes we went back to the reception to ask for the refund for the breakfast and they said that is not possible 😁 One of the receptionist finally came to the kitchen and asked the guy what is going on. Then she came back to us and said that breakfast buffet it’s almost ready. We told her that it’s great but there weren’t any plates to put the food on 😄😄(total disaster) After approximately 45 minutes we could finally eat. At the reception were two ladies which weren’t that busy as a guy in the kitchen so someone could give him an extra help. It is pitty that the management of the hotel doesn’t really care to improve the service for its own customers. This was absolutely something what you don’t want to experience as a customer. Well…thank you but never again.👎🏼
