Location and staff. Great housekeepers cleaned fast and changed robes every two days. I never had fresh robes without asking for them before!

Breakfast didn’t match up in quality and offerings to advertising.

Location: very near to myeongdong station exit 8 (1 min walk), airport bus is about similar distance and shops & street food is just downstairs. Room booked is double-bedded, meant for 2 pax so as solo pax, sufficient pax for me & luggages. It is reasonably clean. Service staff at reception are professional, helpful, speask good english and most are friendly.

I wish there are more amenities such as fork, chopsticks as I can't eat my cup noodles one night. I wish the hand towel handle is not below the sink which is pretty inconvenient to bend to so long to use it. I find the room prices have shot up alot over 2 years too.

The room was a bit small, but clean. In a good location.

The hotel room lacked adequate space to unpack and store luggage, which made the stay less convenient. The elevators were insufficient for the number of guests and were often slow and crowded. Additionally, the hotel provided only one washer and one dryer for all guests, resulting in limited access to laundry facilities. Another concern was the bathroom setup. Climbing into the bathtub to use the shower was difficult and presented a potential safety hazard, particularly for guests with mobility concerns.
