Could hear people walking around at night

Conveniently located on the south side of town within walking distance to restaurants or a short driving distance to essential shops and hospitals (the reason for our visit). The room was very clean, comfortable and fairly quiet given the proximity to the main street. The lovely lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating - assisting with late check-in when we arrived the night before admission, and working out availability options if I needed to extend the stay on short notice. There was ample parking on site, so getting in late was never a concern. I appreciated the bottled water and little milk boxes in the fridge too. It's a small thing to include, but it made a big difference after a tough day and was one less thing to worry about. Honestly, I didn't need anything more - a safe, clean, comfortable place to rest. Zero complaints. Completely satisfied.

There are only positive things to say, but be aware that (at the time of our stay) Google maps didn't seem to know the entrance to the property and sent me on a side quest.

The reception lady was very friendly on check-in. The room was large with a KS bed, large mirror, hanging space, touch lamps on both bedside tables, good sized bathroom with a fantastic shower - very hot and strong, and lovely smelling toiletries. The towels were large and fluffy. Good size TV, work bench and two chairs was a bonus. The cleaning lady was lovely and she was very impressed by my costume for the Steampunk Festival.

There was dust on top of the cabinet housing the microwave, toaster and kettle. Was a little noisy but being so tired it didnt worry me during the night.

Spotless generous-size room, modern bathroom, friendly team. Thank you for offering a pet friendly stay.

Sorry, but road noise from trucks on main highway, traffic lights.
