Room small dark and noisy.

The location of the hotel is very good. The stuff very friendly and caring, expecially Luis and his collegue who helped me a lot with translations.

The rooms are very very simple (I needed a desk), and the Internet most time not working. Expected more.

Facilities and cleanliness

Bathroom had a long window without a curtain through which anyone could see. Breakfast didn't have any fruit.

The room was quite large but still very cozy and had a good view. The breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were friendly overall. The location is good - walking distance from the main square (about 10 minutes walk) but still felt quiet and secluded.

The shower did not have warm water 2 of the 3 days. Their cafe/store (in a separate building but connected via a bridge) looked really nice, but when we went there on our last day, there was no one there to serve us. We waited for 30 minutes and decided to leave. When we asked the man at the reception he said that he didn't know where the staff member was and couldn't contact him. Apparently they do not always work on Sundays, even though on the door it had opening hours on Sundays. It was a shame because the place looks really nice and we wanted to try their coffee. Kind of a bummer on the last day.
