ibis Chartres Ouest Luce

Very friendly staff who were very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast

Nothing, it was great

Very good stopover motel in a convenient location just off the A154 between Chartres and Rouen. This motel has recently been updated (which it needed) and is now clean and comfortable for a short stay. The beds are now extremely comfortable. Breakfasts are very good and the restaurant is open on Sundays serving a simple menu.

The outside seating area was a bit untidy - ashtrays not emptied.

Modern clean rooms and welcoming staff. Great onsite bar/restaurant.

Nothing

Good selection but bacon was overdone it was like jerky.

We have been staying here for many years enroute to south . We stayed there 2 years ago and restaurant service was poor so we found somewhere else. We had an email saying newly refurbished so we thought we would give it a second chance. We'll no restaurant at the weekend and I didn't know who was staff or guests they all dressed the same . The annoying thing was there was a hot buffet for some guests we went off site. So we will not be going back . Its a shame because we used to enjoy staying there .
