⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay
We stayed at ITC Grand Chola after our wedding, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional.
A special thanks to Mr. Karthik and Ms. Hasna, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Ms. Hasna personally took great care of us, arranged a beautiful room decoration, and even organised a lovely welcome with flower petals showered over us. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine effort made us feel incredibly valued and celebrated.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the service we received was outstanding. We are truly grateful to Mr. Karthik and the team for making our post-wedding stay so special.
10/10 stay. Highly recommended, and special appreciation to Ms. Hasna for her exceptional service and hospitality!

Extremely good hospitality. We originally booked a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Facilities are amazing and plentiful. ITC grand chola will not disappoint.

Superb luxurious vibe, fantastic service esp from Hasna, who was a very empathetic and warm hostess, breakfast buffet was exceptional and I'm a huge fan of Sunbean coffee.
there was some maintenance work going on near the room- but it was stopped when I complained

Liked the breakfast only. Did not like our thali lunch which was way below par.
The quality of food for lunch that was served was below par.
