The hotel upgraded us to a sea view room free of charge which was a really nice gesture. Everything about the hotel was exemplary and we will definitely be going back.

The room was very hot but it was quickly sorted by opening a window.

Super nice staff! Always smiling and friendly. Bathroom was absolutley wonderful. The beds and pillows was one of the best that I ever had in a hotel. The view, WOW. The breakfast was good. We had a newyears dinner, WOW. Expensive but really really good! And super good staff!

The Hotel is old, so the floors is super quichy, we had problems with sleeping because of the guests in the room over us was walking around (they had a dog in the room over us) and dooning other private stuff…. And when we where walking in the stairs, you heard super good people from the rooms…. no well insulated. The mirror in the room was super dirty, full of white dots, and the floors was not clean. Wooden floor was full of dark dirt and old stains from liquids…

Very nice location with a beautiful lake view. Quiet in winter, busy in summer. New spa, very cosy. The restaurant is good with an interesting local wine list. Staff would need some more training.

Beautiful location. Uberlingen is lovely. Good size room with a great fan which proved useful as it was hot. We had ‘town side’ room which had low ceiling in bathroom which was awkward for 6’2 husband. Great breakfast. Good parking - we were lucky to get a spot as car parking onsite cannot be reserved.

Rooms a bit dated which surprised us as website said hotel had recently been updated.
