Warm welkom van Mrs Gold en de enthousiaste Serigne! Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. De relaxte sfeer in het hotel. Bij het ontbijt was zoveel te kiezen en zeer uitnodigend om verschillende gerechten te proberen.

First at all. When I enter to my room. I wash so happy that flowers on bed. Because I mentioned during g booking the hotel that is my son birthday.thanks for the 😋 🧁 sweet/ cupcakes. Second thing the breakfast was amazing.

No comment. / every thing was excellent 👏

Location. The size of the swimming pool suitable for children. The room is a good size and the view of the swimming pool is pleasant. The staff is correct, focused on customer satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding regarding our dinner package but the manager was able to handle it, which we appreciated.

No entertainment. Missing a teenager club and some activities like for example jet ski or boat in the canal. The hotel is opposite and very close to the Sheikh Zayed mosque but you have to cross a bridge on foot and the hotel does not even offer a free shuttle, it is really an essential service to have. The room are ok but for a Ritz Carlton we expected something exceptional and we couldn’t book one room for 4, we booked 2 rooms. The price of the diner at the restaurant is very expensive for kids and they are not eating too much it should be free.

Der erste Eindruck und wenn man ins Hotel reingekommen ist, die Gastfreundschaft. Alle waren super nett und haben uns super empfangen. Das Frühstück war super.

Das Haus wird absolut mit Familien gefüllt, dass hätte man vorher sagen müssen. Auf Grund dessen, war der Pool mit 30 Kindern und noch mehr durchgängig gefüllt. Da gab es keine Ruhe oder Erholung. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Kindern neben uns im Zimmer geweckt, weil man das Gebrüll durch die Zwischentür hören konnte. Wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat ist man aufgeschmissen, wenn man Abends einen Tisch bekommen möchte ohne Reservierung. Es gab auch keine Information dazu, dass man alles reservieren muss trotz Halbpension. Sachen wurden berechnet die nicht berechnen werden sollten. Tipp an alle anderen: Vor Abreise die Rechnung genau prüfen. Uns wurde vieles auf die Rechnung gesetzt, was wir gar nicht bestellt oder genutzt hatten.

Exceptional hotel. Incredibly spacious, very clean. Every single member of staff were fantastic as were the restaurants
