River side view, Mountain view, Fully opened window, Spacious room with wooden floor. Delicious and Authentic food with a professional and friendly restuarent staffs. Swimming pool , I am like the Gym and Playing area. All staffs are very friendly and easy to available.

Google location confused so need to correct . It shows two palces once in thekkadi other in Vandiperiyar.

Spacious, good atmosphere, staff behavior very kind.Springdale heritage is feel likes home away from home.

The River flowing behind, was great, Lots of birds visiting the Green compound. The laundry Service was great. The food at the Restaurant was excellent. Overall all the staff were extremely courteus and helpful. The Front reception staff understood our problems and changed the rooms, so that the new rooms did not have moisture and fungus problems.

The intially accomodated Deluxe rooms 103 and 104 were poorly maintained.

Upgradation to a suite. Tasty dinner.

Breakfast was decent except that there were short hairs in it which they later clarified as bristles of brush (what a relief!). It was supposed to have a spa, but I was told that it was not in existence since COVID. The receptionist indicated the location of swimming pool during checkin, but on gong for a swim, was told that it was under maintenance. Nobody bothered to intimate when the poll reopened next morning. The stream behind the hotel is quite dirty, approach to hotel is not congruent with the beautiful pictures of the hotel. Most of the rooms were under maintenance rendering the areunpleasant.
