The Springfield Inn by Innkeeper's Collection

Great location, staff were brilliant. Room very clean, breakfast was lovely. Really good value for money in my opinion

Fab room

All great

The pub and rooms have recently had an upgrade and the result is truly stunning. The pub is a gorgeous country pub with exquisite food. I stayed in the ground floor Family Room which has just been newly created from the old Breakfast Room and it is absolutely gorgeous! It even has its own entrance, which is a great bonus and a lovely touch. It is also completely soundproofed so there is no external noise. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff - Myles and his team are extremely welcoming and I always feel at home when I stay. I look forward to staying again near Christmas!

Nothing

Paper thin walls, creaky noisy floors, no air con, security light directly outside my window. Generally really dated decor. Staff no customer service skills.
