Nothing it was the best looking one in the area.

Employees were great.

Hot tub was broken and pool was extremely cold.

The room was perfectly in order. Everything was clean and neatly arranged.

Let me say that we have been traveling for 40 yrs and have never reported a manager before. Manager was unprofessional , rude and irresponsible. She questioned our complaint of the room and told her colleague that there was no smoke in the room.. Really?Said she had worked there 7 years and non-one ever complained of her attitude! We came down for soap and she yelled from the dining room to the lobby.. what did we want??So disrespectful. First room smelled of smoke, had to change rooms, 2nd room had leaky faucet, stained bathtub, no soap, room needed repairs, 2 international guests whom where males were screaming @ each other in the hallway and then it was a female and male for about 30 min! 2 or 3 of their small children were unattended in hallway. We attempted to call manager, no answer. My husband had to go down to get her. By the time she came up, it was quieter. She spoke to one person about being quiet by the elevator but then went straight back down. Completely irresponsible and left us feeling very vulnerable. It was very scary! We should have called police. NO guest should EVER have to put with that!!

Location is a halfway point in our trip. Pice is reasonable through Bookig.com. It is clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, great free breakfast choices and good tasting. Indoor Pool is very nice. It has been our place to stay for last 5 years. I highly recommend this establishment.

Bathroom sink had a cracked in the bowl.

Loved everything except the bed..

The bed.. y'all need new ones this one broke my back even more.. the pillows are feathers so u flatten when u lay your head on them then wake up with a stiff neck., Very not comfortable. Especially if you have back issues like I do..
