maintenance need, problems with several sliding doors, running toilet, fans not working properly.

Unit was very clean and location was amazing. Good pools and Surf Club next door for a meal and drinks. Good communication with reception as had to change dates due to the recent flooding and road closures. Wifi was the best.

As unit 3 has an above room first night all I heard was running foot steps and doors closing. Only 3 little packets of sugar supplied. Blown globe in living room so light was a bit dull. BBQ was faulty as the main burner was on even though the knob was turned off. Lite it and nearly blew my head off. BBQ needs replacing.

No aircon in the living area and aircon in the master bedroom was stuck in 27. Was very very hot. We couldn’t use the living area as it was unbearably warm

Location was great, close to the beach. The room was clean & tidy.

When you stay in the bottom apartment Unit 3 you hear everyone walking around in the upstairs apartment Unit 4 it is VERY loud and it can be very noisy if people are entertaining in the BBQ/Pool area.
