That the staff was very accommodating with our request, and made sure our needs were met.

That the room was lacking a phone, and a clock. After arriving home, found that I was charged for my sister's room for the 1 night, that I had made reservations for. It was made through Booking.com, but the room was made under my sister's name, even though I was the one who made the bookings for my entire family. Since my sister had paid for her room while there, the hotel should not have charged me for the cost of her room. I had to resort to my credit card for assistance, and disputed that charge!

The staff very accomodating and friendly Room was clean and very neat Great cocktails and ambiance at the bar

The pool is way smaller than expected and windows are dirty so we can't enjoy the view while swimming

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Service was outstanding. Friendliness from everyone made us feel very welcomed

Our room was 705 . We arrived one day earlier than our caravan tour group. Had no view . We booked a king sized bed , but we got two queens . But because we were with the caravan they gave us the two queens instead. Wish it would have been king . But that’s ok . We were still very happy to be in Panama
