The most silent room I've ever had

Mattresses are too soft. More lights in the dining room.

From the moment we arrived Ricky the manager on duty looked after us. The buildings are very well kept and private car park perfect. Once inside our apartment was beautiful. We had to move as a leak appeared from upstairs again Ricky was amazing and this was done with no fuss and our new apartment was even better. love the little touches and the fact the original features have been kept. Would very much recommend this set of apartments.

Very clean, fantastic location, heating turned on for our arrival which was very important on such a cold night. Requested 2 bed appt with a twin room for my children, this was pre requested and honoured.

Especially the location is very good, a really quiet street, but at the same time just a few minutes walk from the city center. The appartment is really big and nice. I wasn't missing anything in the kitchen.

The only thing, which suprised me actually, was no possibility to open the window in the bedroom. The window was just closed and fixed with a wood screw, obviously for some time already. When trying to call the host, I wasn't lucky to get a help during the weekend. Giving some airing was then a combination of ventilator in the bathroom and the windows in the living room.

Dark ,needs spot lights ,very unclear where to get the key from , security man had to show us , no furniture in the bed room ,no chest of drawers to put your clothes in ,no chairs to put your clothes on ,no dressing table to sit at to do your hair and make up ,but ample space to put them .

My apartment was very spacious and fitted with the latest white goods. Secure parking is also a plus point

I was happy with all the facilities

Convenience factor is brilliant and zero bother from staff or other residents. We will be back. In fact, we have already booked for October!

Us getting there sooner and being able to spend more time there!

The staff especially Rick are amazing and will do all they can to assit you.

Comfortable bed, fluffy towels. Everything was perfect apart from the above.

Sqeeky flooring. You can hear upstairs and in your own room. Really annoying!

Bland decor, smart TV was pretty thick.
