駐車場の少なさ

内装がきれいで、風呂トイレも段差なし。 温泉の大浴場は露天風呂もサウナもあり良い。

浴場にタオルなし 朝食が内容の割にやや高め(1800円) 駐車場料金1000円かかる。

夜鳴きそば美味しい😋

The breakfast is good 👍, and onsen also good , laundry 🧺 facilities are good , washing is free ! And so sweet they prepared small treats on that floor for all customers.

The pillows !! The pillows are far too hard and uncomfortable 🥴.

We stayed 2 nights in Kagegawa for the cutiest shoebill --Futaba san. One night we had chosen to stay at a hotel near to the south station and the 2nd night to the north station--Dormy Inn. By comparison, I have to say that we enjoyed much more to stay at Dormy for its facilities & more welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The hotel is attentive to services in many ways even it's farer to stay there to the Kakegawa Kachoen but it is definitely worth-well to do so. There's a walk distance restaurant justa cross from the hotel to serve good foods also. The hotel breakfast was nice, too!

The location is great and the facilities are clean and comfortable! Although the baths were very small, they were clean and beautifully designed.

The onsen doesn’t allow tattoos. Although I have small inconspicuous tattoo (and never had any problem with it before now I thought it would be okay to use the onsen) a female staff member who was cleaning and checking the sauna facilities asked me to leave because of it. I understand the rule but her manner of speaking to me and touching my body to check if my tattoo was real or not was highly inappropriate and unacceptable. Since I was in the sauna my blood pressure was very high and the uncomfortably situation made for a very unpleasant interaction with her.
