Location was perfect! Beautiful view! There is a little grocery store around the corner to pick up essentials.
There were a couple of tea bags and not any coffee. It would have been nice just to a have a little bit more of these basics.

Peace and quite of the whole building.
The appartement were very luminous and spacious.
Beds were really little, in fact, they were tinny. Furthermore, pillows were like cushions and they were really uncomfortable.

A good location, only a short walk to the main part of Stavanger. Good coffee shops close by.
There was no dryer, even though the description said there would be. The loft above the bedroom was dusty which affected our allergies. It was a bit hot and stuffy so we had to open the windows for airflow but then had to sleep with ear plugs due to the street noise.

Easy reach of the city centre and free overnight parking if you time it right. Compact apartment, but contained everything we needed. The landlord was very pleasant and helpful.
The bedroom is very small, but as long as you don't mind getting in the bed at the bottom it's OK. Once you're in it's very comfy. Neighbours were a bit noisy on the Saturday night but to be expected in that type of location with lots of flats.

We were in Stavanger over Christmas. It a beautiful apartment, with equipped kitchen, a beautiful view from the balcony. The city is within walking distance in a few minutes. The host was very friendly and accommodating.💯🇸🇯

Location is perfect and the appartment was clean and everything you need is available
NOISE NUISANCE, on friday and saturday nights there is a (huge) disco on the other side of the street, you look at it. We couldn't sleep. The owner and booking.com keep denying it. NEVER EVER go here! Even not at one of the other appartments they have as they DO NOT RESPOND to any complaints

Flat was large (living room with kitchen and large balcony, one bedroom, dressing, bathroom), and equipment was very good and complete (all kitchenware was there and good quality, including cork opener, cissors, etc, micro wave and oven, etc ; washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron machine, etc etc). Flat is in good shape and clean, very quiet, view over the inner garden of the residence, walking distance from the port, the pedestrian area, the bars (5 to 10 min). Parking under the building with direct access. We loved it and would recommend it !

Perfect place to stay! Convenient public transportation. Beautiful view. They have everything you need. Staff is very friendly and always pleased to help. We would definitely recommend.

I was greeted upon arrival and oriented to the appartment access, parking, and other services. The appartment was spacious and well equiped with all the items required for comfortable living. In a very good location, downtown Stavanger. Easily extended my stay.

Good Location, roomy enough for 4, laundry room, parking lot on the same building and with lift.
Who attended us was really nice and solved all our doubts.
Lack of maintenance, in several spots,
We actually asked to change apartment, but was not possible:
Missing door shower (!), too many lamps where broken, cooking pans really old (loosing Teflon), old curtains and bad placed, it allows lot of light on the morning and very low privacy, I went sunk on one bed because a missing support on the bed base.

Very comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Easy check in and out. Overall nice and cosy apartment.
Due to broken curtains it was a bit bright also during the night. However for us it was not really an issue.
