المكيف بارد والاطلاله جميله الطاقم مدرب على اعلى مستوى متعاون جدا ويلبي كل احتياجات الزائر حتى يقضي اجازه مريحه و سعيده. رقي في التعامل وخاصتا الاستاذ معتز في الرسبشن و الشباب الموجودين عند بوابه الاستقبال ومنهم الأخ محمد صلاح والاخت مي في خدمه تنظيف الغرف وكذلك فريق المطبخ . فريق متكامل ينقصه تجديد الفندق واثاث الغرف حتى يليق بهذا الفريق المجتهد.

الفندق يحتاج تجديد للديكورات والاثاث والسجاد.

Everything was great, the location and the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much available in the room...no hairdryer or toiletries

Breakfast served in room was excellent. However it costed only 195 EGP where as the receptionist given us the price of USD 20 per person per night. She haven’t given the option of in room breakfast which is starting at EGP 140. View from the room was corner sea view and the majority view is to the old residence buildings. Room floor was dusty even the kettle in the room was not cleaned for months. When I wiped with tissues there was so much of dirt and rust. Unfortunately I haven’t taken the picture. Based on the booking.com info we have booked the hotel based on private beach access. However the beach was under some construction. To be precise the hotel have no access to the beach at all. Restaurants and pool was very good and value for money

Staff have to be professional. One of the front desk staff( lady) have taken all the documents and later we have realized ther is no beach, we have requested her atleast upgrade to sea view room. She said she will check with her supervisor and come back. She didn’t showed up. Later after 20mins we went to another counter and the gentleman helped us to check in and upgraded to corner sea view room

لم يعجبني شي ؟ لا شاطئ ، مسبح صغير للاطفال ، السبأ مقفول فتح اول يوم العيد فقط وانا سالهم من اول قالو مقفول ،

كل شي فيه لم يعجبني ومشاكلهم اكثر من حلولهم ، حتى الغرفه اللي في الفندق مختلفه عن حجز بوكينك ، وتطلب من بوكينك الحل ولكن للاسف يقول نصف ساعه ب يعطوك الغرفه ولكن بوكينك يسحب على يوم كامل ويرسل رساله الفندق افاد بحل المشكله والمشكله الفندق وبوكينك يكذبون ، سلك شاحن الجوال تم اتلافه او تغيره ولا عندهم حلول ، ريحه الدخان في اللوبي عاليه كان هناك خماره او مرقص وريحته عاليه في المكان ، السبأ مقفل وفتح اول يوم العيد ، المسبح صغير جدا ، لا يوجد شاطئ ، ذكرو انهم يعطوني بطاقه عضويه ل جميع هلتون بالعالم ولكن لم استلمها لم ارتح للمكان وووووو ولكن اقول هذه ثالث مشكله مع بوكينك ولا يوجد حل منهم خلال هذه السنه الاول دبلكيت بالحجز ب براغ ولم يحلوها ، الثاني حجزت على قطر هلتون وتم حجز الغرفه وخصم المبلغ مباشره واكن للاسف بعد نصف ساعه وصلتني رساله من بوكينك تم الغاء الحجز لعدم توافر الغرف وطالبت برد المال ولكن بعد ايام تم اعتده المال ناقص ورسالتهم كثيرا على رد المال ولكن للاسف لايردون او يجيبون على ايملاتي لو انا لاغي الحجز معلش هنا اخذ عمولتك ولكن انت حجزت خصمت الغيت انا ايش ذنبي ومازلت اطالبهم بالفرق المبلغ ، وهذه مشكله هلتون الاسكندريه الغرفه مختلفه كيليا

Das Hotel ist schön und das Personal freundlich. Unser Zimmer wurde ohne Aufpreis gewechselt und wir hatten Meerblick. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist ziehmlich schnell und für ägyptische Verhältnisse sehr gut gewesen. Der Zimmerservice ist gut. Und das Frühstück morgens vielfältig und lecker. Ab 9.30 Uhr wird beim Frühstücksbuffet jedoch nichts mehr nachgelegt. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und räumt sofort das leere Geschirr weg. Der Transfer vom Hotel war pünktlich und sehr freundlich

Leider hat der Pool, sowie die Sommemterrassee nicht offen. Der "Privatstrand" ist eine einzige, große Bauarbeiten. Als man hatte weder die Möglichkeit oben den hauseigenen Pool zu nutzen, noch sich an den Strand zu legen. Da waren wir wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Einen Abend wollten wir im hauseigenen Restaurant ala Card essen gehen. Obwohl kein anderer Gast da war, haben wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Die servierten Gerichte waren lauwarm und das Geld nicht wert. Getränke wurden ganz vergessen. Auf die Nachspeise haben wir dann verzichtet. Wir hatten die Abende davor draußen gegessen. Das Essen war deutlich leckerer, der Service besser und nicht mal halb so teuer. Die Fenster im Zimmer sind sehr lärmdurchlässig. Der Fitnessraum war ziehmlich runtergekühlt - auf 16°C. Die Geräte waren teilweise kaputt und konnten nicht genutzt werden. Den Transfer zum Flughafen kann man deutlich kostengünstiger kriegen. Wir haben pro Strecke 43€ bezahlt. Per Uber-App hätte man umgerechnet 10€ bezahlt. Mit den uber-Fahrern haben wir sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

حجم الغرفه جيد من ناحيه المساحه وموقع جيد على بحر، بس الترميمات الي على واجهه البحريه الي مخربه المنظر

الفندق ولا كانه هليتون ولا له علاقه بلهليتون ، الغرفه اولا الاثاث قديم جدا ويحتاج تغير ، الكنبه الي عندهم كانك قاعد على خشب ، نظافه الغرفه سيئه جدا اول ما دخلنا ليت شعر باكثر من مكان، رووم سيرفس تحسه فندق نجمتين الصراحه، تبي مثلا محارم (مناديل) اطلب من الريسبشن تبي فوط اطلب منه بعد تبي يعبون لك ركن القهوه اطلب من الريسبشن، خدمه الغرف بس يعدل لك الفراش فقط.. تحط ورقت البرايفسي يطقون عليك الباب ويتصلون عليك. كان حجزي 6 ايام واخر يوم طلبو اغير الغرفه عشان في تصليحات بواجهه الفندق... يعني ليش مافي تنسيق مسبق.. المفروض تقولون لي في اول يوم بعدين بنغير غرفتك دام عارفين الحجز 6 ليالي..

Были в Хилтоне 2 ночи, из того что понравилось это мягкие удобные кровати! Все! Все остальные было в ужасном состоянии!

Отель в плохом состоянии, требуется ремонт! На ресепшене еще нормально, но чем дальше, тем хуже. Нас заселили раньше назначенного времени, за это спасибо. Номер бронировала с одной кроватью, но разместили в номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. Переезжать уже не стали, так как уставшие были. В номере было очень холодно, я подумала что это кондиционер так сильно работает, но нет, оказалось, что он совсем не работает и это дует с балкона. Шумоизоляция отсутствует. Было слышно все, что происходит на улице, в соседних номерах и в коридоре. Фен просила принести дополнительно, но в санузле розетки для фена нет, пришлось шуметь в комнате. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего, прошлась по ледяному полу в белых носках, стали темно коричневыми! Тапочек, халатов, зубных принадлежностей в номере нет. Может надо дополнительно просить??? Но на ресепшене и вообще сотрудники отеля, английский язык не знают. Каждый раз приходилось с гугл переводчиков общаться. Завтрак включен в стоимость. Но на завтраке есть выбор: вафли приготовленные в грязнющей политой маслом со всех сторон вафельнице, и блюда из яиц! В наличии еще булочки , хлеб, овощи и фрукты. А и еще рыба, которой кажется приходится уже месяц лежать на этом шведском столе. Замену видимо ей не нашли. Ужин в ресторане готовят не очень вкусно, но очень дорого. Бассейн был закрыт, даже просто посмотреть закат было нельзя. Выхода к морю нет, там идут строительные работы. Когда приедешь на такси, должен останавливаться на дороге ( я была с двумя маленькими детьми), потому что подьезд к главному входу перекрыт, кажется просто для удобства персонала.

In short, at first glance, the situation is miserable Receptionist Mohamed Ibrahim, unhelpful type and one who gets angry with customers. He is uncooperative, unmotivated, and annoyed by criticism. The bathroom is very bad and does not contain anything of its price or equivalent in other hotels, such as a toothbrush, men's razor, ear cleaner, cotton, makeup wipes, etc., which are among the features provided by five-star hotels. I had items stolen from me, gifts that I had bought, and they were stolen from the cleaning staff. The employee, Sarah Haddad, tried to get around the issue and gain my forgiveness by trying to compensate me, but I refused. Room service does not return the remaining money until you call them and ask for it. The food is bad, the percentage of salt is very high, contrary to the art of restaurants, which is known for not adding salt and leaving it as a choice for the customer. Is it possible that the Hilton Hotel has two stores that sell imitation international materials and brands!! Versace, LV and other international brands are imitations. An invoice was placed on my room and I charged them in cash, and the issue was remedied by the employee Sarah. Strangely enough, the employee who robbed me was not punished and continued to harass me by treating me badly. When asked, the hotel management is the one who has the decision. Note: Maraj Hotel cannot sit in the lobby because the cigar bar has been transformed into a nightclub since sunset.

Well. Whenever we come to the All Hilton Hotels in Egypt they never provide bathroom essentials like earbuds toothbrush slippers such things. We have to request. This should be improved as it is very important. Good its available.

مرحلة التطوير للكورنيش امام الفندق مزعجه، النوافذ الخارجيه غير عازله للصوت، مروحة مكيف غرفة النوم مزعجه (فايبريشن) ، ابواب الغرف تحتاج تحديث، سرير الشخص الثالث غير مريح.الكاربيت يحتاج تغير.

The suite was spacious and luxurious with a nice view of the seaside. The bed was very comfortable and the staff went to great lengths to check up on me to find out if i was enjoying my stay
