Large room with all you needed. Great location close to the train station. Very attentive staff.
Bar time in the evening was a nice idea but in a cafeteria looking area and snacks were limited.

Really lovely snacks at the bar at 5-8pm, and the capacity to sit outside in a nice courtyard with a cheeky wine or if you like,a lovely tea (they had such an amazing selection!). Location was also fantastic--right next door to a grocery store and really close by the busier Kobe area. I like that it was just a little bit off within the super busy city center. I also appreciated the umbrellas for loan on an unexpectedly rainy day!
I think the cleaners must have been really rushed on that day-- the bag of rubbish was removed from my bin, but it seems the cleaner accidentally left it on my room floor...

We were not impressed by the breakfast, but that could be just personal or cultural preference
We did not understand that it was more geared towards young twenty-somethings there to take advantage of the happy hour. There is nothing wrong with that (at that age, I’m sure I would have loved being there!), it just wasn’t the vibe we were expecting or wanted.
