We had a comfortable, quiet stay in a clean 2BR apartment. The bed was great, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well‑equipped. Parking was easy, and there were restaurants nearby.
Nothing to complain about — the Best Western Goulburn restaurant only serves breakfast, but the breakfast they offer is quite good.

The bathroom was contemporary and the spa was modern and very nice. I could even watch television while sitting in the spa as there was a glass partition separating the spa room from the lounge and bedroom area. The room was very spacious, and the lounge was very comfortable.
The wall heater worked well but I turned on the air conditioning and it did not work well and did not heat up properly.
Relaxing by sitting in the private courtyard while having a coffee was very relaxing.
The air conditioning could have been more efficient, and I could have been advised at reception when checking in, whether breakfast packages are available for purchase. There was no holder for the soap in the bathroom.
There could have been a screen door between the room and the courtyard to prevent any insects or birds from entering, and the courtyard was a bit bare and could have had a few extra pot plants installed to improve its ambience.

Suite was spacious and clean and the heating worked well. The main bed was comfortable. Sink and coffee making facilities. The motel is only a few blocks from the main CBD shopping mall.
The suite appears to have been repurposed from another use. The bathroom layout is poor and had no accessibility features. The toilet has been squeezed into such a small space that it is not possible to shut the door while using it. The shower has a large industrial style grate floor that is rough on your feet. The access stairs to the second bedroom loft are steep and it is difficult to carry a suitcase up them. The single beds are not suitable for a tall adult. The suite is on the second floor and it is not really suitable for elderly people or for couples with young pre-school aged children.
