Super friendly staff. The property is gorgeous, the garden is so well kept. We were hear during torrential rain, it didn't stop raining for 4 days, but we were very comfortable in our room, the property was well prepared. The restaurant is fantastic.

Beautiful lush greenery, cozy homelike vibe and great staff service.

The breakfast buffet need improvement especially omelets. Ordering lunch from the hotel restaurant was delicious.

We booked a villa with the outside hot tub with natural mineral water, the villa was good and the hot tub was good. The staff are very good and respectful.

we were advised that at 1600hrs and 0700hrs a man will come and refill/change the water in the tub. we had to ask for that to happen on the first afternoon, we called reception at approx 1730 hrs . on day 2 by mid afternoon our room had not been serviced, we had to ask for that as well, they did respond quickly. The Weary Dunlop memorial and display is well presented but is definitely showing its age and lack of maintenance and care. Light bulbs were not working and humidity in the building is getting to all the displays. This is a private memorial by the resort owners (not government sponsored) Sir Dunlops ashes (some of them) were spread in the River KWAI in this location as the resort founder was a close friend.
