The hosts and staff!
Stayed in a comfort room which had a balcony with a table and two chairs, and a drying rack. The beds and bedding were excellent and we slept well. There was aircon, which was efficient.
En-suite bathroom had plenty of hot water. Our room was kept spotless, as there is a daily room service.
A small mini bar/fridge is provided with sensible prices.
Outstanding choice of hot and cold items for breakfast with the addition of freshly cooked omelettes.
The warm pool was a pleasure to swim in, being approximately 1.60 m. in depth throughout.
Nothing at all. As others have written it is roughly a six euro ride (by Uber) back up the hill from the footbridge that leads to the Old Town. A normal taxi cost me 10 euros.
Maybe a couple of umbrellas by the pool would take the heat out of relaxing!
(Mid-September the pool was in shade for a few hours in the afternoon. )

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten- súper für Zwischenübernachtung. Für so ein kleines Hotel gab es eine megaaaa Auswahl zum Frühstück

Check in was easy, host was very nice, breakfast was satisfying, balcony was nice and shower was good.
The area isn't near anything and is rather cluttered with apartments around it. The bed and sheets weren't very comfortable and I feel the pictures were more attractive than the reality. Feels very much like rooms rather than a hotel.
