Excellent location - only 5 mins from the Cathedral & Mercato del Capo.
Palermo is busy 24 hours a day, so the B&B location on a quiet side street was great! There are only 7 rooms, so the place is quiet inside, too.
We got a top floor room with a balcony - well worth it for the view of the cathedral. Big comfy bed, fridge, kettle etc. Powerful shower.
And the staff were SO friendly. Breakfast is good - yes, there's the famous home made cake but there ARE savoury options too (croissants, meat, cheese).
Would definitely stay again.
The ONLY downside of this excellent property is getting the room number. There's a key pad for entry into the building (no problem), but then you have to phone a local number for your individual room number. We had to help a very confused Chinese couple (who had no Italian / English) to ring the right phone number (first number didn't work) to get into their room.

Spacious, well furnished. Air conditioning was excellent. Staff were very helpful especially in providing gluten free croissants at breakfast.
Nothing really. Could provide some spoons with the cups

Unscheinbares B&B. Sehr gute Lage. Hervorragendes Zimmer. Dürftiges Morgenessen. Kein Safe für Wertsachen verfügbar.
Morgenessen eher mager, kein frisches Brot.
