Spacious twin room, with two half decent sized, comfortable beds. Great location if you are catching the National Express bus to the airport, with coffee shops and supermarkets close by also. Excellent WiFi connection.
The shower was in the bath, which quickly filled up with water as the drains were blocked. So the shower left you feeling rather icky.

Really good breakfast. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Nice big on site free car park
Nothing to do with the hotel but there is a building site next door so there was a bit of early morning noise. Plus on the same morning the bins were collected very early, not too much of an issue but the bins made a hell of a racket as they were wheeled over the cobblestone driveway and loaded on the lorry right under my window.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Building site next door made it very noisy early in the morning
Breakfast was disappointing. I wanted a continental breakfast: no croissant, no pain au chocolat, no red berries with the yoghurt. Couldn’t establish if it was included, no it turned out.
My booking didn’t give an address or a postcode and didn’t make it clear if breakfast was included.
Evening meal: ordered prawn cocktail, not available
Inexperienced staff. Not familiar with checking in, or refunding an unavailable item.
Too big a menu which couldn’t be delivered.
