We reserved mountain view room through booking and ended up that the room was not the one that we booked. However, the staff were really committed to fix the problem.

Everything! Lovely hotel perfectly located in Salento! Super comfy beds & the most amazing breakfast with views of the mountains! Definitely our favourite accommodation in Colombia! Very friendly staff with lots of information regarding tours and trips in the area. I also had a massage at the hotel spa, it was so good just what I needed after a few long days hiking!

The hostel is located more at the edge of the city, but Salento is a small town, so thet is no problem at all (it is not so noisy and you can sleep well). The staff is perfect and redy to help all the time). Reccemd the second floor numbers with the mountain view!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The ladies that made the breakfast were very nice and the food was good. The view of the town from the rooftop breakfast area was amazing.

Hotel La Floresta was a comfortable hotel, well situated close to the main town center (about 5 mins walk). The breakfast was great (option to order hot breakfast, cereals, fruit, juice, and hot beverages), and the staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel had a spa and connections to many tours and activities in the area. Overall, it was great value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location of the property is excellent. It's a short 5 minute walk to the town square. The views from the breakfast patio are stunning and the food at breakfast is good too. Staff was super friendly and even though they spoke limited English, we had no problem communicating. The room was small but comfortable.

The property was not full but we were given a room on the bottom floor. Would have liked to have been offered a room a floor or two up that had a view.

Reception staff were excellent especially Juan and the two ladies. Couldn’t do enough for me. Juan was very patient helping me with tours etc. The breakfast was really good and the room had a lovely view.

Not much space to hang my clothes.

Perfect location to explore Salento. The people of the hotel are very nice and helpful.

Location is good .. easily accessible. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful. Bkf is good as well.

Few electrical plugs and a little tiny room. But all in all good deal considering the quality of the room.

The room was very spacious and the bath was amazing.

We could hear some noise from outside during the night.

Everything was very clean, they exchange money (dollars to colombian pesos), delicious breakfast and a good view to the town.

location is great, very nice stuff, breakfast is ok and the view is beautiful from breakfast area. the spa service is nice and rooms are clean and good size and the bathrooms are renovated.

The beds are extremely firm and not comfortable ( basically like to sleep on the floor) it is very noisy from 6:30am when horses are crossing the road, you can hear every car that passes the street. so after being not comfortable all night we were up very early every day.

We loved the hotel, the location and the staff was very nice and friendly. The staff spoiled us with delicious breakfast, always with a smile helping out, accomodating us even with last minute requests when our plans changed. We loved it there, it felt like home, great family vibe. The spa treatments were divine💗 . We will certainly come back with friends🙌

friendly staff and location good and it was clean. breakfast was also good

only small thing was the rooms are on top of each other and the walls are very thin but I suspect this with all accommodation in the area. bed wasn’t the most comfortable either

This was a lovely place with the nicest staff possible. The breakfast was delicious, you can choose Between eggs or french toast. It is only a 5 minute walk from the city center and very quiet at night. They have a lovely spa with massages, jacuzzi, facials etc with good price.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Lisette and the lady who made breakfast. The hotel is located in a calm area and the city center is reacheable in a few minutes. Our room had incredible views to the mountains and it was cleaned everyday.

Everything was great

The staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make my stay awesome--from helping me arrange a super last minute horseback riding trip late at night for the following morning, to making sure my laundry was ready before I left. Truly incredibly helpful. My room was comfortable, but there was construction nearby--I told them and they moved me to a different room. The view from the rooftop was absolutely beautiful.

Breakfast got a bit boring for a long stay--same thing every day, eggs, toast, and fruit. Over the weekend when there were lots of guests there were more options but not as many during the week. It's also a bit out of town over a little bridge, I felt pretty safe but that is something to consider.
