Perfect location in quiet street, overlooking the river, and in walking distance to food facilities and the beach.

Nothing worth commenting on.

Well equipped for a 5 week stay and well serviced each week.

Bed was a bit too soft for us but OK

Quietness and away from the main traffic routes

Shower hot water soon ran out

The location is ideal and not far from surf, shops and restaurants . The linen was fresh and clean and the bed was most comfortable. Plenty of room and amenities. Dining area was nice - contemporary. Nice balcony to look out over river canal. LAUNDRY FACILITIES Were easy to use. Plenty of storage in bedroom. Designated car space undercover.

Unit 25 is tired. CHINAWARE The tableware was mismatched nothing matched and no 2 of anything. I.e. no 2 dinner plates were the same, no 2 bowls were the same, no 2 sandwich plates were the same. This could be rectified at KMart at a cost of 75cents a piece = less then $10! FURNITURE Cushions on sofa, rocking chairs all need revamp - clean. Arm of one chair needs repair. BATHROOM Both hand-basin and toilet pedestal were cracked. LIGHTING Too low lux in sitting area. One table lamp did not have adequate length of lead to reach power outlet. Bedside lights were found to be far too bright. APPLIANCES Kettle emitted a foul odor when boiled. Water was therefore heated in saucepan
