Homely place. Clean. Good restaurant. Ended up staying for 2 weeks instead of planned 7 days. Very friendly English speaking manager Murat. The owners live in their own hotel, which is also a good sign. Didn't want to leave and definitely coming back.

The staff and the facilities are excellent. It is great that the hotel has its own private beach. The included breakfast has great varity for a standard hotel breakfast. We were so pleased that we extended our stay. The price quality ratio is really good. I would definitely reccomend this place.

The manger Murat was really helpful both before and during our stay. He helped with booking the transfer from the airport even though we had to change time and final destination multiple times. He welcomed us and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was really good and it was nice that we could have it even late in the morning (we were in Bodrum for a wedding, and the day after, we woke up very late but we could still enjoy the breakfast). The staff was great, even when communication was difficult due to the language barrier

The room did not have blackout curtains, so early in the morning lots of light came in. The shower and the sink were not draining really well. In particular, after showering quite a bit of water would remain at the bottom, making the bathroom feel a little bit damp. Overall the room was good but not amazing. The price felt really high, maybe too high for the type of hotel.

The service was exceptional, feels like home, great team and atmosphere.

I really had a great experience staying at the hotel,, it was all what I imagined,, my room was very big and spacious I had a beautiful big belconey with the sea view in front of me the bed was super comfortable and cozy. I woke up everyday to have breakfast in the restaurant with the beautiful view of the sea and amazing turkish breakfast prepared by the chef and they bring it out to you. The coffee was good compared to the other hotels iv tryed so I just had my coffee by the beach everyday with the most amazing view with beautiful different colors of blue of the sea I spent hours just enjoying my time and relaxing . The people who work at the hotel they are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has different verities of food and everything I tryed was really delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to just relax and enjoy there holiday and it's just 10 to 15 minutes walk to Turkbuku and the walk it self is so beautiful.

Sitting on the roof top or a terrace right next to the ocean, various items, some local plus eggs and fries. Just nothing left to ask for.

The location is amazing, it's in front of the beach, the sea is fantastic. The staff was very friendly , the service was incredible. The breakfast was great. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. thanks for this lovely experience:)

The location was great: right in front of the sea with a stunning view from the restaurant area and sunbathing platform. Rooms were cleaned every day with attention. The breakfast was WOOOWW! One night the 6 of us also had the dinner at restaurant of the hotel and everything was delicious, all of us were super happy. Room were simple, but very clean, comfortable and quite: just perfect! Some of my friends had been in the apartment and they found it very functional and nice, also good value for the money. The service was just incredible: they help us in any way possible and nothing was too much trouble. I was there during the week before my wedding with other 8 people (friends and family) and we all have been super positively impressed! Great job Lavinya team!

Mahmoud was an amazing host, assisting us with additional laundry and information we required. The beach location is unrivalled, our room was amazingly clean and right on the beach. The deck space was incredible, towels are provided and you can order drinks from the beach bar. Breakfast was included and a wonderful spread of Turkish delicacies.

Everything was amazing, I highly recommend this place.
