The private villa feeling surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! And provided such a beautiful breakfast each morning. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It was very close to the bus and train station and close to the old town and swimming. Perfectly located. Benedicto our host was very helpful and friendly.

The wifi signal was a little weak at times.

Really great place!! Very easy & quick walk right into Otranto. We were there during the off-season where we may have been the only guests so it was very quiet which we liked. I think it is likely quiet even when there are more guests simply by the way the property is organized. The breakfast they offer is amazing!

A very generous breakfast and lovely people who go out of their way to help. The scent of vanilla in the room is so welcoming!

The reception provided names of recommended restaurants, but we couldn’t locate it on Google maps.

no a/c unfortunately. can be a problem in Italy summer. we managed to get by with pedestal fan but only just. also, linen/towel charge excluded from price and payable separate on top on arrival. recommend to roll it in to the nightly rate. not really sure what the charge was for as we didn’t receive linen change during the stay.

very nice facility, extremely caring staff, great location to explore the town on foot or go on excursions. Very good parking directly on site.

First and foremost I have to say that Benedetto, Maurizio and the entire staff were simply amazing. When we arrived we were welcomed with a great bottle of Rosato and received hand-written indications for Restaurants in the city (which Benedetto also took time time to explain to us in detail). You arrive in this lush pine forest which is just 5 minutes on foot away from the city centre of Ontranto. The whole Tenuta is really big with gorgeous gardens and various seating possibilities to enjoy your apéro after a day at the beach. Since the Tenuta is so big you really always have a sense of privacy as it will never get crowded with guests. But at the same time the staff will aleays be there if you need anything. Also: our room was always squeaky clean, the cleaning lady did a fantastic job! We had an amazing time there and will certainly go back, 10/10!
