First of all the reception staff were great, very friendly and energetic.
Was great to have the space available for the both of us, plus having your own sauna was amazing.
The breakfast was a good portion size to start the morning.
And the massage treatment was great, I asked for firm pressure on my back, I definitely got it 😅.
The room was lovely but could do with a bit of a sprucing up, new paint is needed in stone areas where it's crumbling off or stained
The bathroom vent was not working and loose from the ceiling, however we were able to just open the window to let the steam out (not ideal when it's cold out).
The sauna was great when it finally worked, the control unit kept clicking on & off when I was inside so had to keep turning the whole system off and on again.

We loved the luxury of having a sauna and hot tub, the welcome drink was also a nice touch.
All good.

Location was ideal
Staff was friendly
We were told after checking in that the hot tub tv wasnt working and were not offered anything as compensation, maybe a complimentary breakfast would have sufficed. Broken/uneven bathroom floor tile, and sauna shower room didnt work properly.
