Amazing layout of the suite, super comfy beds and they even did something special for my 1st Anniversary. 10/10 would recommend!!

The hotel is new and good!! All the staff are friendly most specially the receptionist ! I do love all but i was cant for get all the receptionist who always great and help us always! Great job guy! Highly recommend to all my friends will come to Sydney! I probably come back!

a very rude and unfriendly manager with no behaviour whatsoever. my wife had her vaccination proof on paper from the GP and the manager did not want to allow her to stay because he said it had to be validated by NSW Health and that it’s fake. what a rude manager with a big behaviour!! stay away from this place!!

The location is superb. Very near tram and train stops. Very clean and very comfortable

Everything was great

We chose Zara apartments for the excellent location as we didn't want to hire a car and it didn't disappoint. We were able to comfortably walk to the Museum, NSW Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, Darlinghurst and Chinatown. Museum train station was also a short walk and only two stations from Circular Quay. There are many options nearby for meals, from grocery shops to takeaway to very good restaurants, all within walking distance. The price was competitive with other similar accommodation in the area we wanted. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated this. We highly recommend Zara apartments.

Beautiful and clean room with excellent features. Really comfortable bed and bath was lovely.

The room was a touch too warm for us. We like to sleep in a cool room. Couldn’t seem to get the air con to go any lower.

Easy access to city, very good location. Rooms are huge and kitchen has most of the stuff available that you need if you plan to cook your own meal. Rooms get cleaned everyday and they replenish everything in kitchen. Lot of properties don’t do cleaning in everyday basis.

Parking provided by property is very expensive. They should consider if a guest is staying in house so some discount in parking. Bathroom and room flooring is made of concrete which may need to be polished or have some more carpet area in lounge and bedroom area.
